Cancellation PolicyI appreciate that sometimes it is necessary to cancel an appointment, however I do ask that a minimum of 24 hours notice is given. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, will be charged. Should you completely miss your appointment, next treatment and missed appointment must be paid for in advance via bank transfer upon re booking.
Due to a tight appointment schedule, should you be late I will endeavor to complete the treatment in the time remaining. However other clients must be considered and appointments cannot overrun. |

At any time, you may request a copy of the information I have recorded about you. You may also request I remove all information with respect to yourself, at any time. All identifiable information is deleted/destroyed, if you have not undertaken business with myself after 2 years.
